Muscle Fatigue Feature Updated.

Hello, this is Team BurnFit.
Based on your feedback, we’ve released an update that makes tracking your workouts smarter and easier than ever!

1. What’s New?

You can now check your daily & weekly muscle fatigue after completing workouts.
Daily muscle fatigue appears on the workout completion page, while weekly muscle fatigue can be viewed in detail on the Analysis tab at the bottom of the app.
How is muscle fatigue displayed?
Muscle fatigue is shown in three levels, based on your last 7 days of workouts, factoring in your gender, level, workout volume, and number of sets.

2. Try it like this!

On the workout completion page:
Check the muscle groups you worked today and the intensity of each, and manage your recovery progress.
Light stretching or a cool-down right after exercise can help reduce fatigue.
On the Analysis tab:
Use the past 7 days of muscle fatigue data to plan your next workouts.
For muscles that feel fatigued, it is recommended to reduce intensity or to rest for 2–3 days.
Team BurnFit always values your feedback and is committed to providing a better, more convenient workout logging experience. Stay tuned for upcoming updates!
