Based on your feedback, we’ve launched a new update that enhances your workout logging experience!

1. What’s new?

Exercise intensity is now added to your workout log page!
No more struggling to choose the right weight. Now you can check your optimal weight using exercise intensity!
What is Exercise Intensity? It shows what percentage of your 1RM (one-rep max) each set uses and its corresponding intensity level.
 Exercises without weights or reps, such as cardio and bodyweight workouts, cannot have intensity measured.

2. How to use?

Just select your workouts and log the weight and reps as usual!
If an exercise doesn’t have a 1RM set yet, you need at least one recorded log to calculate its intensity.
Team Burnfit will continue listening to your feedback and improving the app for a better experience.
