We've listened to your feedback and added some of the most requested features to make tracking your workouts even easier.

1. What’s new?

The workout completion screen has been completely revamped!
Step 1. After finishing a workout, you can review, edit, or leave notes about the exercises you’ve done.
Step 2. Once you save your log, you'll see real-time changes in workout volume, calories burned, and the progress toward your weekly goal.
My Goal
Shows your current progress towards the workout goal.
See how much closer today’s workout got you to your goal!
Calories
We calculate your calories burned based on the workouts you’ve completed.
Real-time Volume Change
See how your total workout volume changes over time, based on when each set is completed.
Complete your workout within the day to view how your volume changed across the workouts!
 Volume is only tracked for weighted exercises. Cardio and bodyweight exercises are excluded.

2. How can I check?

Just complete your workout log as you normally would.
Once you're done, head to the newly updated ‘Analysis’ page to view all the details.
You can check your calories burned on both the ‘Analysis’ and ‘Weekly Workout’ pages.
