The rest timer provided by BurnfFit is basically set to 1 minute 30 seconds
The rest timer operates after each set of exercises.
Most of you would know how to set the default rest time (by simply click the rest timer!)
However, many of you ask if you can set the rest timer for each exercise!
Because each exercise has different intensities, of course, the rest timer can set upseparatelyy for each exercise

On the exercise page, you can set the rest timer of the exercise by clicking on the "..." next to the exercise name.
