Hello, this is Team Burnfit.
As many of you requested, we’ve released a new update for a smarter workout logging experience!
This update introduces a new widget feature that lets you check your workout progress without opening the app.
We’ve prepared six widget types. Let’s find out which one fits your needs best.
How to Add a Widget
Widgets are available on both iOS and Android. Just choose your preferred type and add it to your home screen.
※ Some types are exclusive to PRO users.

Long-press an empty area on your Home Screen.

From the bottom menu that appears, tap Widgets.
3.
Scroll through the list and look for BurnFit widget.
4.
Long-press the BurnFit widget, drag it to your preferred spot, then release to add it.

Tap the + (Add) button at the top left. (For the Lock Screen, tap Customize.)

Tap Add Widgets.

From the list, long-press the BurnFit widget and drag it to your Home Screen.

Tap Done in the top right corner.
Widget Types Guide
1. Quick Button
Perfect for quickly opening the app and logging before your workout.
If your goal is to just start your workout rather than check details, this widget’s for you.
2. Goal Progress Tracker
See how close you are to reaching your weekly workout goal at a glance.
If hitting your weekly workout days keeps you motivated, this one’s for you.
Time to complete my 3-day goal this week!
3. Weekly Progress
See this week’s total volume, workout time, and done/planned status at a glance.
Perfect for those who plan weekly routines or track workout patterns.
Did lots of upper body this week. Next week, it’s leg time!
4. Monthly Analysis
View your monthly workouts, rest days, plans, volume, and time in a calendar view.
Great for checking your overall consistency and monthly workout flow.
Too many rest days this month… more workouts next month!
5. Workout Volume Tracker
Compare this week’s volume with last week’s and see your past 5-week trend at a glance.
Perfect for those who like tracking weekly volume growth.
1,300 kg more than last week. Nice work!
6. Weekly Workout Volume
Compare total workout volume by muscle group over the past 7 days.
See muscle fatigue data by area at a glance, just like on the app. Great for keeping your routine balanced!
※ Volume is calculated based on six predefined muscle groups in the BurnFit library.
